Beth McPherson is Director of Operations at Retirement Benefits Group. She is responsible for overseeing back office operations; managing Human Resources to include office staff, benefits and payroll; developing sub-committees for various operational functions; and annual conference development and execution. Additionally, she coordinates the onboarding of new advisors and serves as the liaison for RBG advisors to LPL Financial and Independent Financial Partners.
Beth has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Previously, she spent 10 years with Principal Financial Group where she administered B2B sales and marketing and specialized in nonqualified planning. Beth excels at building relationships across boundaries, facilitating discussion and applying best practices to optimize business efficiencies. She’s particularly passionate about helping advisors streamline their business and focus on what is most important.
Beth earned her bachelor’s degree from Providence College in 1991. In 2004, she earned her Master’s in Education from National University and in 2007 she went on to earn her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Beth also has her California insurance license.
