Notably, she worked as a Program Manager for the Jenna Druck Center, a non-profit offering bereavement services to the community, where she managed 6 diverse groups and created in-house curriculum. She began her work at the JDC as a volunteer through A Reason to Survive, a non-profit that offers services to the community through their Heal, Inspire and Empower programs.

Previously, she spent 10 years with Principal Financial Group where she administered B2B sales and marketing and specialized in nonqualified planning. Matt Mikolajewski serves as a Vice President at Retirement Benefits Group in San Diego and is an LPL Registered Representative. Matt is a San Diego native, where he resides in Del Sur with his wife Mandy and their sons. When not at the office, Matt enjoys family time and coaching sports such as football and Little League. He is currently a member of the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) San Diego chapter, strongly supporting and advocating construction, building and real estate in our San Diego community. Previously, he served as a member of the East County Family YMCA for 12 years.
